  • The top view of the space, whether large or small, angular or straight. 
  • The family’s needs. The number of the members of the family is a definitive factor. 
  • The functionality of the kitchen. 
  • Whether an island will be placed and if it will be movable. 
  • Will the kitchen be in a closed or open space?
  • The total number of the storage units of the house, excluding the kitchen space.
  • The kind of electric appliances, build in or not.
  • The kind of mechanisms that can be used.
